The information you provide is used solely to build and deliver a personalised meal plan for you. We use your WhatsApp number to communicate your plan, confirm orders, and provide ongoing support. By submitting the form, you consent to being contacted via WhatsApp by the PPH team for the purpose of plan consultation, order confirmation, and delivery updates. You may opt out of these communications at any time by informing us on WhatsApp.
