1. About Us
Protein Power House (PPH) is a fitness meal service based in Tilak Nagar, Mumbai. We provide freshly prepared, high-protein meal plans delivered directly to your door. By using our website or submitting an enquiry form, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Meal Plans & Orders
All meal plans are customised based on the information you provide in your enquiry form. Plans are communicated and confirmed via WhatsApp. PPH reserves the right to modify a plan if the requested items are unavailable on a given day, with a suitable alternative provided.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required in advance before your meal plan subscription begins. We do not accept partial payments or pay-later arrangements. Payment methods and details will be shared with you on WhatsApp upon plan confirmation.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All payments made to PPH are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal reasons, medical emergencies, travel, or any other situation. If you are unable to receive your meals for any reason, please contact us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to pause your plan and carry your remaining meals forward. The paid amount, however, cannot be refunded.
5. Meal Holds & Carry Forward
You may request to pause a delivery and carry it forward to a later date, provided you notify us on WhatsApp at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery slot during our working hours. Held meals will be adjusted accordingly within your active plan period.
6. Extended Subscription Pause
If you need to take a longer break — such as due to travel, a medical situation, or any other personal circumstance — you may request to pause your subscription for an extended duration (for example, a month or two). Extended pauses must be discussed and confirmed in advance with the Protein Power House management team via WhatsApp. Approval is subject to management discretion. Your remaining meals will be held and carried forward once your plan resumes.
7. Health Disclaimer
The meal plans and nutritional information provided by PPH are for general wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical condition (such as PCOD, thyroid disorders, diabetes, or any other health issue), please consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any meal plan. PPH is not liable for any health outcomes resulting from following our meal plans.
8. Delivery
PPH delivers across Mumbai for both subscriptions and individual orders. Free delivery is available within select areas; delivery to other parts of Mumbai is possible with an applicable delivery charge, which the customer agrees to bear. Delivery slots and areas are subject to change. PPH is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, or force majeure events.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Protein Power House and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
PPH's liability to you in connection with any meal plan or service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific plan period. PPH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
11. Changes to These Terms
PPH reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
